Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients, keep them updated, and proactively identify new business opportunities (in a field of marketing and services) and offer creative solutions for them.
- Oversee the production of clients’ assignments with regard to online and digital marketing campaigns, services, and applications.
- Interpreting clients’ briefs to the creative project team.
- Develop a detailed project plan and lead the project teams to execute on plans.
- Estimate costs, manage schedules, and budgets, and allocate resources.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years work experience in the field of digital marketing, advertising or communications.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and creative teams.
- Strong understanding of digital and integrated campaign strategy & production.
- Marketing and advertising skills with creative edge.
- Strong communication and client facing skills.
- Ability to manage full project development process autonomously across multiple mid-sized projects.
- Ability to estimate the production time and resources required for a project.
- Ability to communicate fluently in both Finnish and English with our customers.
- Roll-up-your-sleeves and get things done mentality.

- Proven visual design experience in a user-centered design and interactive environment.
- Strong knowledge of current web design trends and techniques
- A strong online portfolio displaying user-centered design, creative flair and imagination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in Finnish and English).
