As a successful candidate you are expected to:
• Be familiar with customer oriented product and service development as well as agile development processes.
• Be capable of building and managing a motivated team consisting of technical developers.
• Generate service and product development roadmaps.
• Work with external third parties to assess partnership opportunities.
• Ensure quality, usability, and go-to-market readiness of all Activeark solutions together with the sales & marketing team.
• Drive use of new technologies and identify potential high-value services and products for Activeark’s customers.
• Be a proactive and entrepreneurial individual who will initiate action, build new business, maintain core businesses and achieve results in a changing digital environment.

You have:

• Proven experience of leading highly skilled technical professionals and managing product and service portfolios.
• Experience in developing and introducing product and service strategies as well as customer value propositions in a highly competitive digital media arena.
• Several years of experience and demonstrated success in the digital/technological solutions area.
• Understanding of key performance indicators and business requirements.
• Deep understanding of technology and creative instincts.
• Fluent English and Finnish, both written and verbal and excellent presentation skills.
• Relevant academic background, as well as leadership training.

- Conceptual design and copy deliverables.
- Creating and communicating concepts.
- Implementing marketing strategies.
- Producing short and long copy solutions in Finnish and English.
